Engagements led by Kays, with the bench deployed as needed.
Every MCS Advisory engagement is led by Kays as Managing Partner. Noel and Adam join engagements where their specialization is needed — Noel for transaction legal work, regulatory compliance, IP, and digital health matters; Adam for complex accounting integration, ERP backbone, and due diligence support.
This structure gives clients access to senior-level finance, law, and accounting expertise without the cost or rigidity of three separate retainers. Engagement letters scope which team members will work on the matter and at what level.
