Scoped engagement letter
If there is a fit, we send a brief engagement letter scoping the work, timeline, deliverables, and fees. Most engagements are project-based with defined outcomes.

Work begins
Most projects launch within seven days of countersignature. We work directly with founders, principals, GPs, and senior operating teams — not through intermediaries.
